How long will it take for me to receive my order?
5-10 business days, most orders ship within two days.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping costs are based on the value of the order. The shipping costs for each cost group are:
$5.99 for orders from $1.00-$49.99
$9.99 for orders from $50.00-$99.99
$12.99 for orders from $100.00-$149.99
$19.99 for orders from $150.00-$199.99
$35.99 for orders from $200.00-$299.99
$59.99 for orders from $300.00 and up
We accept orders from, and ship to, all 50 U.S. states. Standard rates may apply to oversized clocks shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Your order will be shipped via UPS or Fedex from one of our U.S. warehouses
How can I be sure of the quality of the product I order?
Every item we sell is guaranteed. We have been in business for over 14 years.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. All returns are subect to a 10% restocking fee.
* Notice: Some products such as custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless item was received defective, damaged or broken.
